Dembs Development recently completed a large-scale, custom, build-to-suit renovation and rebuild of Marelli’s new North American headquarters. This substantial, specialized Southfield, Michigan facility was purchased spec by Dembs, modernized, marketed and leased by the automotive supplier—after which we began our turnkey process from design to construction.
The development, which includes the headquarters, offices and a technical center, is one of Michigan’s most state-of-the-art tech centers. It has workspaces for nearly 500 employees, 75 conference rooms, a 400-seat, stadium-seating auditorium, a 25,000 sq-ft lobby with a large atrium, an underground parking garage, an ultramodern cafeteria, a full fitness center and a combination of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces.
