Dembs Development acquired Broadway Plaza

Dembs development acquired the Broadway Plaza located at the corner of 14 Mile Rd. and Middlebelt in Farmington Hills. This 50,500 SF shopping center includes Walgreens co-anchored with Johnny Pomodoro Fresh Market along with a variety other retailers. It has been a staple in the community for almost 60 years. Dembs Development is excited about the new ownership and its plans to revitalize the center with upgrades to enhance the surrounding community.
