Dembs breaks ground on Martinrea Facitily

Dembs development broke ground on the new Martinrea Facitily. Martinrea International Inc., a Canadian based tier one supplier of automotive parts, assemblies and modules, broke ground Monday, Oct. 17 for its new technical center at 2100 Opdyke Road in Auburn Hills. The 108,200 square-foot facility is expected to be completed by July of 2017.
