Dembs Development completed the construction of a new office and research lab facility for Martinrea—one of the leading Tier One automotive suppliers of vehicle parts, assemblies and modules. The technical center combines research & development, process & product engineering and testing capabilities with 160 employees.
A turnkey project from design to construction, the building features open meeting spaces for team collaboration, a fitness center, outdoor patio and electric vehicle charging stations. Uniquely, it also has a slide connecting the second and first floors.
