Ryan Demb’s Featured In Crain’s Detroit Business

Crain’s Detroit Business recently contacted Ryan Dembs for his insights on possible uses for The Palace of Auburn Hills site should the Detroit Pistons decide to relocate to downtown Detroit.

Ryan shared that the Palace property presents a good opportunity for both build-to-suit and speculative development because of the shortage of “good flat and well located land” in the market. He said that it could easily accommodate up to 800.000 square feet of new building space with buildings in the 100,000+ square foot range.
